On June 1, 2026, Scudo Solutions Oy became part of the Swedish Trinax Group through a corporate arrangement. Going forward, Scudo Solutions Oy will be 100 % owned by Trinax Interessenter AB, while the former owners of Scudo Solutions Oy will continue in the company as minority shareholders.
Through this arrangement, Scudo Solutions Oy strengthens its presence not only in Finland but particularly in the Swedish market, and going forward also in other Nordic countries. The corporate arrangement has no impact on Scudo Solutions Oy’s operations in Finland, nor does it affect existing customer agreements or personnel. In addition to Scudo Solutions Oy, Trinax Group includes Trinax AB, Jiricom AB, Struqtur AB and AddMobile AB.
