Project Structures

Cost Budget and Estimate at Completion

Budget values can be entered directly into the system or imported from an external system. Forecasting the final cost level of a project provides a basis for effective cost control. In Scudo Pro the Cost Estimate at completion is updated via estimate memos by project supervisors.

Committed and Actual Costs

Purchase orders and invoices are booked into database either by manual entries or transferred from external systems, such as ERP or Financial accounting.
