Going forward, Scudo Solutions Oy will be 100 % owned by Trinax Interessenter AB, while the former owners of Scudo Solutions Oy will continue in the company as minority shareholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-2 wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Through this arrangement, Scudo Solutions Oy strengthens its presence not only in Finland but particularly in the Swedish market, and going forward also in other Nordic countries. The corporate arrangement has no impact on Scudo Solutions Oy\u2019s operations in Finland, nor does it affect existing customer agreements or personnel.
